A Collaborative Initiative to revitalize historic landmarks
We are excited to announce “The Bridges of Turtle Creek” project, which is an ambitious public-private joint initiative led by Turtle Creek Conservancy (TCC), Turtle Creek Association (TCA), and the City of Dallas. This initiative marks a historic collaboration between TCC and TCA. Working together with the City of Dallas, we are creating a cooperative impact by using our distinct purposes, shared expertise, and collective vision for the common good of the Dallas community.
To fulfill our goals for this initiative, we need YOUR help! Every donation, large or small, brings us one step closer to the revitalization and beautification of these eight historic bridges that serve as cultural landmarks and gateways of connection to Turtle Creek Park and our neighborhood in the heart of Dallas. Under the beautification agreement, TCC and TCA will each assume responsibility for maintaining the bridges within their respective areas. This includes landscaping, lighting, preservation, and other enhancements to ensure these historic structures remain both beautiful and meaningful for generations to come.

“The Bridges of Turtle Creek” Project Will Aim To:
- Repair and beautify eight historic bridges along Turtle Creek Boulevard
- Deliver a consistent and cohesive aesthetic across the bridges
- Harmonize with and enhance the bridges’ surrounding environment and urban setting
- Provide ongoing maintenance for each of the eight bridges
- Visually elevate the Turtle Creek neighborhood
We are excited to improve the connection of Turtle Creek Park with the surrounding neighborhoods and enrich the urban experience in our community. The Bridges of Turtle Creek initiative aims to provide a seamless visual transition from the bustle of Downtown Dallas and Uptown to the calming, natural beauty and architecture of this green oasis.
