The historic Cedar Springs Cascade Waterfall has been fully restored through a $300,000 revitalization made possible by the generosity of our community.

A transformational $200,000 gift from Together for Good: The Salka Family Impact Group, combined with a $100,000 gift from Dr. Thomas H. McConnell III, brought this iconic Turtle Creek Park landmark back to life, preserving it for neighbors and visitors to enjoy for generations to come.

Proposed Viewing Area

Looking ahead, The Conservancy envisions a scenic, ADA-accessible viewing area overlooking the Cascade Waterfall, creating a welcoming destination where visitors can pause, enjoy the sounds of the water, and experience one of Turtle Creek Park’s most iconic landmarks. Future philanthropic support will help bring this vision to life.

Where are the Cascades?

The Arlington Hall Cascades are located on the Northwest Section of Turtle Creek Park.

The Cascades known as a favorite location for Park guests to take once in a lifetime photos. There is no doubt that countless people have entire chapters of their lives captured at the Cascades.

The Arlington Hall Cascades are also loved by many for the abundance of seasonal Texas wildflowers that grow seasonally in the surrounding area. Further bolstering the beauty of the location, and offering ample foliage for Dallas’ pollinators.
